Tax Filing and Accounting forsimplified by AI.
Taxologo reads every receipt and invoice into a draft entry, so you check the figures instead of keying them in. Approve them as they arrive, and your ledger, statements, and BIR forms stay current.
Free for 14 days for solo businesses, 30 days for accounting firms.
How it works
One document, four steps. Nothing reaches your books until you approve it.
- CapturePhotograph a receipt in the mobile app, or upload files on the web.
- AI extractsThe document becomes a draft entry: supplier, TIN, date, amounts, VAT.
- You approveCheck the draft against the document, correct anything wrong, approve it.
- Books and forms updateThe entry posts to your ledger and flows into statements and BIR forms.
Capabilities
AI document capture
Photograph receipts, invoices, and registration documents, or upload files from your desk. AI reads each one into a draft entry with the supplier, TIN, date, amounts, and VAT split, so the typing is already done when you review it.
Double-entry books with an audit trail
Approved entries post to a double-entry ledger. Posted entries never change: you correct a mistake with a reversing entry, and every action is recorded with the person and the time.
Philippine tax computation
Taxologo computes income tax, percentage tax, and VAT from your posted records, based on how your business is registered.
BIR form preparation
Taxologo fills supported forms, 2551Q among them, from your posted entries, ready for you to review and print. You file them yourself; it submits nothing to the BIR.
Statements and reports
Your trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet come from the same posted entries, current as of your last approval.
A workspace for firms
Keep each client's books separate in one workspace. Assign staff to clients and review their work before it posts.
Who it is for
Solo businesses
Keep your own books
Capture documents as they arrive and approve the drafts. Your ledger stays current, and when a deadline comes the form is already filled from entries you approved.
- Capture and review in the mobile app
- Ledger, statements, and tax computed from your entries
- Supported BIR forms filled, ready to print
- Free for 14 days
Accounting firms
Run every client from one workspace
Each client business is its own set of books, with its own documents, ledger, and forms. Staff prepare drafts, a reviewer approves, and nothing posts to a client’s books without that approval.
- Client businesses managed in one workspace
- Staff assigned per client, with preparer and reviewer roles
- A queue of drafts waiting for review
- Free for 30 days
Trust and control
How the software behaves with your records, and what stays with you.
You approve before anything posts
AI prepares a draft entry and does not post it. Your books change when you or your staff approve the draft.
Corrections keep the original
Taxologo does not edit a posted entry in place. You correct it with a reversing entry, so the original and the correction both stay in the record.
Actions are recorded
Uploads, edits, approvals, and reversals are recorded with the person and the time. You can trace a figure back to the document it came from.
Each business is kept separate
Every business has its own books and documents. In a firm workspace, staff work on the clients they are assigned to.
Data handled under Philippine law
Taxologo handles financial and personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The data-processing notice sets out what is collected, where it is stored, and how long it is kept: PLACEHOLDERnotice link

Frequently asked questions
Does Taxologo file my returns with the BIR?
No. It fills supported forms from your posted entries for you to review and print. Filing, payment, and submission stay with you.
What happens if the AI reads something wrong?
You see each draft beside its source document. Correct the wrong field during review, then approve. Only approved entries post, and a posted mistake is fixed with a reversing entry.
Can I import my existing books?
You start by entering opening balances as of your cut-over date and approving them like any other entry. Direct imports from other bookkeeping software are not available today.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export your ledger, statements, and filled forms first; they are yours. After the account closes, Taxologo deletes your data on a set schedule (PLACEHOLDERretention period).
Do I need an accountant to use it?
No. Owners keep their own books with it. Many still work with an accountant for filing and advice, and if you would rather hand the books off, a firm can run them on Taxologo.
Is the mobile app enough on its own?
No, it is a companion. The app covers capture and review, which is most daily use. The ledger, statements, form preparation, and the firm workspace are on the web.
Which BIR forms are supported?
The confirmed list is being finalized (PLACEHOLDERsupported form list). Preparation always works the same way: Taxologo fills the form from your posted entries, you review it, and you file it.
